The Handled Shop · Est. 2026
The build shelf.
Every product and pilot to come out of the shop, in one place. Some are live and taking money, some are mid-build, and all of them are real things you can poke at. This is what “I build it and show you the working thing” looks like in practice.

No. 001 · Consumer app
AshTag
A journal and a social feed for cigar people. Log what you smoke and how it hit, scan a band with your camera to identify it, and see what your friends are lighting up tonight.
Built for: Cigar enthusiasts first, the lounges they sit in next.
- 7,052-cigar catalog
- AI band scanner
- Subscriptions live
It started as a tool for one lounge. The journal kept wanting to be its own thing, so we let it.

No. 002 · Commerce platform
Batch
Runs the whole pre-order side of a local food business: drops, pickup slots, checkout, the customer book, and the emails that fill it. No percentage fee on orders, ever.
Built for: Bakers, food trucks, and restaurants doing weekend specials around the Upstate.
- First storefront onboarding
- 0% platform cut
- You own your list
Born from watching a sold-out bakery drop get run through Instagram DMs and a spreadsheet.

The Re-Dress
Our website upcycle. Keep the domain, the story, and the search equity your business already earned; we re-dress it with real design and modern hosting, commerce included. Flat price, done in two to three weeks.
Built for: Any local business whose site was last touched in 2019.
- $2,500 flat
- Commerce included
- 2-3 week turnaround
The before-and-afters do the selling. Owners buy with their eyes, not with audit scores.

No. 004 · Membership OS
Parlor
One operating system for membership businesses: members, recurring dues, check-ins, events, and the front-desk iPad, all in one place and wearing your branding, not ours.
Built for: Lounges, private clubs, and any third place with regulars.
- Grown out of AshTag’s backend
- Live in two Greenville rooms
- Toast & Square supported
AshTag taught us how to run one lounge. Parlor is that lesson, packaged for any club.

No. 005 · Sales automation
LeadGen Engines
Custom engines that watch for buying signals (a stale job posting, a new opening), find the right person, and draft the outreach. Every single draft waits for a human yes before it goes anywhere.
Built for: Owner-led firms where the founder is also the whole sales team.
- First engine sold and running
- 191 tests passing
- Human approval gate, always
Robots draft, humans send. The reply-rate data is loud about this being the right order.
Also on the bench
Smaller builds and shop tools. Less flashy, still earning their keep.
- B-01 Batch Scout Scours Instagram for local food makers who’d love Batch, scores the fit, and drafts the intro. Sends nothing on its own. In pilot
- B-02 Brain Lite A second brain in plain markdown files. No app, no database, no lock-in: readable by any AI you point at it. In the shop
- B-03 SCC Booking Pick a slot, pay, and calendar invites land on both sides. Replaced a monthly SaaS bill with a one-time build. Live
- B-04 AI Audit Scorecard The free 24-hour scorecard this site keeps offering you. Yes, we built that too. Live
